If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns - You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. All bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Exchanges - New and unused items can always be exchanged for a different size or color. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanges.
Refunds - Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Defective or Damaged - Please DO NOT return the product back without contacting us first. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the defective or damaged product. After being notified of the defective or damaged merchandise, we will validate the defect/damage and send to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages - Wayland Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Wayland Academy will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
